Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy

Before you return a Al Maun product, please understand how our products are made with love and passion. All our products are handcrafted by master artisans, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. The sale of each product can contribute significantly to someone’s life.

Return and Refund Policy

Any product will not be returned except in order to defected product or to be shipped wrong product and the product has to be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please describe your reason of returning product or if you want to buy the product after returning Please also mention that. Please read all the details & description of product carefully before placing any order. As per your request, the return’s request will be accepted. You have to pack this product properly with its original packing material and box. This is necessary because it is handmade product and it may be broken during the transit of product. You will have to pack product as we shipped you so that product can be reached to us safely.

Return Process

Return request must be raised within 3 days, after receipt.

Please mention your order number in the subject line to help us quickly process your returns/exchanges.
Please ensure that the returned merchandize is unused, undamaged and is in a salable condition.
We request you to maintain the original packaging of the items to be returned, including the all tags.
Please ensure that all the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
The items for reverse pick up will be picked up within 7 business days from the date of request.
After the receipt of item(s), your request for returns/exchanges would be processed.
In the case of returns, banks normally take 7-10 business days to process a refund once it has been initiated from our end.
In the case of exchanges, your new order will be dispatched to you within 3-5 business days after we receive the earlier shipment.

*Note :

  1. Shipping charges will not be refundable, we will not refund you shipping charges and you must aslo pay return charges.
  2. You must send product’s images to us before claiming your return.
  3. You have to read our return policy carefully before Placing your order.
  4. Our products are handmade so please only genuine buyer place order who is serious to buy products.
  5. We will be responsible for accepting your return if we ship you wrong product.
  6. If you want to replace your order so you can contact us.

Al Maun Replacement Policy

At Al Maun we value Your choices and strive to provide the best possible shopping experience. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet Your expectations or require a replacement for various reasons.

Eligibility

Replacements are currently available only for selected products. For the most updated information about Replacement eligibility, kindly refer to the product display page.
Products will be eligible for replacement only under following scenarios.

  • Delivered product is defective or damaged.
  • Wrong product delivered.
  • If you have received a different size/colour than what was originally ordered.

Condition

  • Products eligible for replacement must meet the following criteria: they should be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by all original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manuals, invoices, accessories, freebies, and original boxes.
  • Replacement is subject to be accepted or rejected basis quality checks either by our logistic partner at the time of pickup or by the our team.
  • If an eligible item is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. You can only return the product.
  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill the replacement, we will promptly process the return/refund for your order.
  • Product can be replaced only once and are limited to serviceable pin codes only.

Process

If your product qualifies and meets the requirements, you can easily request a replacement at info@almaun.in. The replacement is subject to quality checks, which will be conducted either when the old product is picked up or by the our team. Once the quality check is completed, the new product will be sent to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
