These policies are published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and are an ‘electronic record’ as contemplated under section 2(t) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Rules thereunder. These Terms being an electronic record are generated by a computer system and do not require any physical or digital signatures.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.3 Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products purchased from Al Maun transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft that occurs after the products have been delivered to the carrier. Please ensure that you provide a secure delivery address.

4.4 International Shipping: For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country. You are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations, including customs duties and taxes. Delivery times for international orders may vary and are subject to customs processing, which may cause delays beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 3 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Certain items may be excluded from returns based on our Return Policy.

5.3 Refunds: If a return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The time frame for receiving the refund may vary depending on your payment provider.

5.4 Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, please refer to the Return Policy page for details. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer you a refund or store credit.

9. Limitation of Liability

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the products purchased through it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes that arise under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.

11.3 Jurisdiction: The courts of Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes or claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or agreements published on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Al Maun regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

12.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified or interpreted to reflect the parties’ original intent to the maximum extent permissible.

12.3 Waiver: The failure of Al Maun to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any term of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

12.4 Assignment: We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
